As the Office Manager and Certified Orthodontic Assistant, Yvette’s tenure with the practice spans more than three decades. She’s the pulse of the office, overseeing everything from the mundane to the magical. Plus, her Cuban coffee at 3 p.m. is the stuff of legends! As a proud mother and grandmother, Yvette brings her familial spirit to work every day, ensuring that every patient feels at home and is well taken care of.
Dulce: From Patient to Professional
As the Head Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Clinic Manager, Dulce’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Having known Dr. Rothenberg since her teenage years (he was her orthodontist!) and Dr. Ross since his childhood, Dulce has seen the practice evolve from both sides of the chair. Married to her high school sweetheart and a grandmother herself, she cherishes the rewarding nature of her job – watching patients grow and flourish with confidence.
Jessy: A Smile with Ambition
While Jessy might be newer to the Orthodontics of South Miami family, her enthusiasm for her role as Orthodontic Assistant shines through. Juggling between assisting patients and pursuing her dental hygienist degree, Jessy brings energy and dedication to her role.
Juli: Tech-savvy and Hands-On
Our Clinical Assistant and Sterilization expert, Juli, perfectly balances her love for orthodontics with her pursuit of software engineering. Though she’s a recent addition to the team, Juli’s passion and dedication have quickly made her a valued member.
Elda: The Scheduler with Big Dreams
Hailing from Naples and an alumna of FIU, Elda wears multiple hats as the Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator. With ambitions of attending Medical School, she’s the go-to person for everything related to schedules, ensuring that every patient’s journey is seamless.

With over two decades in orthodontics, Tee, our Records Coordinator, loves making smiles brighter. Having worked with Dr. Ross for half her career, her expertise and joy for her profession are evident every day.
Roxana: The Welcoming Spirit
Roxana, originally from New Jersey, serves as our Treatment and New Patient Coordinator. Though she’s been with Orthodontics of South Miami for only a year, her extensive experience in the dental field has made her an essential part of the team.
